THE INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT (IOP)

This program provides flexibility in their treatment and provides quality treatment and support from our OCD specialists one-on-one. All sessions in the intensive program are tailored based on their specific fears and anxiety triggers. Our IOP provides one-on-one services 2 hours a day, 3 days a week for 3 weeks. This is a total of 18 psychotherapy sessions in a 3-week time frame. The program provides patients and their families with specific psychoeducation based on their OCD/anxiety subtypes and offers family support, home visits, and when needed.
